Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Every order leaves a US warehouse.

Shipping costs

Subscription orders — both the monthly plan and the 90-Day Routine — ship free anywhere in the US, on the first order and on every renewal. One-time orders ship at a flat rate of $5, and one-time orders of $50 or more ship free as well. There are no other shipping charges.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Subscription deliveries

Subscription orders are created automatically on your renewal date and follow the same processing and delivery times. You can see your next renewal date, or move it, in your member portal.

Address changes

Need to change your address? Update it in your member portal before your next renewal, or email gummyandcosupport@gmail.com right away for a one-time order. We can update an address any time before the order has shipped; once it is with the carrier, we cannot redirect it.

Delays, lost, or stolen packages

Carriers occasionally run late, and we appreciate your patience during peak periods. If your tracking has not moved for 5 business days, or shows delivered but nothing has arrived, email us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
